At Home Purchase Inc, our Customer Service Guarantee includes: 

1)      Fixed cost not to exceed $1,455.00 **

2)      The interest rate and program offered at origination will be how your loan closes.

3)      The purchase of your new home will close by the contract date or pre-determined date.

4)      Product and Program disclosures will be put in writing and verbally explained to the customer’s satisfaction.

Stipulations of Payment:

* The only two conditions we put on this refund is that the request for payment must be in writing within two business days of your closing date and fill out completely a questionnaire that we will mail to you within 30 days of your refund request.  Within 30 days of receiving your completed questionnaire we will send a check for $200.00.

** Does not include – Preliminary escrow establishment for tax and insurance impounds, prepaid interest, Title and attorney fees, recording fees, state fees, escrow wavier fee, discount points, subordination fee or any negotiated fees per transaction. Sub-Prime Loans may incur different costs.
